Israel Warns Of U.S. Arms Sales To Arabs

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Israel has warned of U.S. arms sales to the Arab world.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak has asserted that U.S. plans to sell
fighter-jets and weapons to Arab states from Saudi Arabia to Lebanon could
harm Israeli security. Barak said Israel was seeking what he termed
"compensation" for these U.S. arms transfers.
