Israel's Military Said To Have Improved

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military was said to have been enhanced since
2007.
A report asserted that the military was bolstered under the leadership
of Israeli Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi, who left office in
February 2011. The report by the Institute for National Security Studies
said Ashkenazi improved both the conventional and reserve forces as well as
maintained quiet along the northern border with Lebanon.
