UAE Firms Said To Serve Iran Shipping

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United Arab Emirates has been overseeing companies
designated as fronts for the Iranian regime.
Eleven corporations and five individuals have been indicted for serving
as fronts for the state-owned Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines,
assigned to deliver material for Teheran's missile and weapons of mass
destruction programs. Six of the indicted companies were located in the UAE,
deemed as a major waystation for Iran's missile and nuclear programs.
