Hamas Cracks Down On Shi'ites

GAZA CITY [MENL] -- The Hamas regime, in what was expected to exacerbate
tension with Iran, has launched a crackdown on Shi'ites in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources said Hamas security forces, wearing masks, have been
raiding Shi'ite strongholds in the Gaza Strip. They said the Hamas Interior
Ministry ordered police and special units to halt Shi'ite activities,
particularly prayer meetings.
