New Israeli UAV Crashes During Test
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's new strategic unmanned aircraft has crashed
during a flight that tested a new system.
The Israel Air Force has reported the crash of the new Eitan UAV, deemed
a strategic platform and meant for deep-strike missions. Officials said
Eitan, developed by the state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries, crashed on
Jan. 29 during a flight to test an unidentified new system.
