Greece Mulls Israeli UAV
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Greece has been examining an advanced Israeli-origin
unmanned aerial vehicle for the NATO military.
The Greek Defense Ministry has overseen a demonstration of the Heron
UAV, produced by the state-owned Israel Aerospace Industries. IAI said the
trial by Heron, with an endurance of up to 40 hours, was held by the
European Union counter-migration agency, Frontex.
