Egypt Claims Capture Of Al Qaida Ops Chief

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt has reported the capture of Al Qaida's operational
chief.
Authorities said a man who matches the identity of Al Qaida operation
chief Seif Al Adel was arrested on Feb. 29 at Cairo International Airport.
The Egyptian national, who arrived on a flight from Pakistan with a stopover
in the United Arab Emirates, was using the real name of Al Adel, Mohammed
Ibrahim Makawi.
