Israel Details New UAV

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's largest defense contractor has released details
of its new unmanned aerial vehicle.
Israel Aerospace Industries has been briefing defense conferences and
clients on the Panther UAV, designed for vertical, short-takeoff and
landing. Panther was equipped with three electrical engines to ensure that
the unmanned platform could takeoff and land like a helicopter but fly like
a fixed-wing aircraft.
