Elbit Reports Sharp Profit Drop

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's leading non-state-owned defense contractor has
reported higher revenues and significantly lower profits for 2011.
Elbit Systems said revenues for 2011 reached $2.81 billion, compared to
$2.67 billion during the previous year, an increase of more than five
percent. The company, however, reported a 50 percent drop in net income in
2011.
