Israel Seeks $1b In U.S. BMD Aid
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has begun talks for up to $1 billion in U.S. aid
for ballistic missile defense programs.
Officials said Israel's Defense Ministry has been discussing a missile
defense aid package with the U.S. Defense Department. They said Israel has
sought between $700 million and $1 billion for support for all its missile
defense programs through 2015.
