Saudi CI Campaign Allows For Foreign Jihad

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has waged a bogus campaign against Al Qaida,
attacking the presence in the kingdom while encouraging operations abroad, a
report said.
A report by the Israeli state-sponsored Intelligence and Terrorism
Information Center asserted that Saudi Arabia was operating a
counter-insurgency campaign that targeted Al Qaida in the Arab kingdom. But
Saudi authorities were enabling and even encouraging the financing of Al
Qaida cells abroad.
