Israel Researches For U.S. Army

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's leading technological center has been contracted
to conduct research for the U.S. Army.
The Israel Institute of Technology, known as the Technion, reported a
U.S. Army contract to research the mechanics of insects. The contract, the
worth of which was not cited, was meant to focus on the flights of insects
to enable the development of tiny unmanned aerial vehicles.
