Israel Scored For Defense Projects

JERUSALEM [MENL] -- Israel has failed to coordinate major defense projects
in what has led to significant delays, a report said.
The State Comptroller's Office has asserted that the Defense Ministry,
military and contractors were not working together to complete projects on
time and within budget. In a report, Micha Lindenstrauss said procurement
decisions for the military were made without the promise of funding.
