Saudi Expands Spare Parts Production

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has launched an effort to produce spare
parts for its huge military.
Officials said the Saudi Defense Ministry drafted a plan to ensure
production of hundreds of spare parts for the military. They said scores of
Saudi factories were awarded contracts to help end the kingdom's
dependence on foreign suppliers.
