Israel Kept Out Of NATO Summit

LONDON [MENL] -- NATO has invited a range of Arab states to its summit, but
excluded Israel.
NATO said Arab participants in the Mediterranean Dialogue have been
invited to the Western alliance's summit in Chicago. The two-day meeting,
scheduled to begin on May 20, would not include Israel amid opposition by
Turkey.
