U.S. Debates Predators To Turkey

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has been debating Turkey's request
for the Predator unmanned aerial vehicle.
Officials said the administration of President Barack Obama and Congress
were far apart over a response to Ankara's request for the Predator.
Advocates said the Predator export would enhance relations with Turkey while
opponents warned that Ankara could use the UAV against civilians.
