Israel Seeks To Develop Mini-Iron Dome

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has sought to develop a miniaturized variant of
its new Iron Dome missile and rocket defense system.
The Israeli military has sought to launch a concept that would
develop a mobile tactical missile defense system for the infantry. Officers
said the concept envisioned infantry units firing interceptors in enemy
territory to stop missile and rocket attacks against Israel.
