Russia Rejects Sub Repair For Iran

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Russia was said to have rebuffed an Iranian request to
repair a naval submarine.
The Iranian Navy said Russia refused to supply designs and sparts for
the overhaul of the Kilo-class submarine. The navy said the Russian rebuff
forced the navy to repair the electric-diesel underwater platform with local
components.
