Israel Navy Examines Energy Security

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- The Israel Navy has been testing a configuration of
systems and methods to protect new offshore energy fields.
Officials said the navy has been working on a series of options to
protect Israel's new offshore natural gas fields. The Iranian-sponsored
Hizbullah as well as Turkey, saying they are not located in Israeli
territorial waters, have threatened the fields.
