Assad Restricts Ground Ops

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- The regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad has been
restricting its use of the army against Sunni rebels, a report said.
A report by Israel's Gloria Center asserted that Assad was replacing its
infantry and combat vehicles with artillery and attack helicopters.
