Palestinians Seen As Behind Sinai Attacks

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Israel's intelligence community has concluded that
Palestinian militias were behind all of the attacks from Egypt's Sinai
Peninsula, the report said.
A report by Washington Institute for Near East Policy asserted that
Hamas and Palestinian militias from the Gaza Strip were sponsoring the
campaign against Israel from Sinai. The report said the Palestinians were
employing Bedouins for a range of operations along the Egyptian-Israeli
border.
