Saudis Shut Down Refinery

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has shut down a leading oil refinery in a
move that has sparked the import of fuel.
The state-owned Aramaco has shut down its oil refinery in Riyad.
Executives said the shutdown at the facility, which processes 120,000
barrels of oil per day, began in February 2009 and was meant to end the
following month.
