U.S. Contractor Paid Bribes In Kuwait

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- U.S. companies were said to have paid bribes to win
contracts and facilitate projects in Kuwait.
A U.S. government report said billions of dollars were squandered in
contracts for the American military in Iraq. The report by the special
inspector-general for Iraq construction said much of the money went to
bribes in Iraq and Kuwait.
