PA Resumes U.S. Training In Jordan

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The Palestinian Authority has resumed its training
program financed by the United States.
The PA has approved the training of two battalions of security forces in
a U.S.-financed facility in Jordan. In October, the National Security Forces
sent its 1st and 2nd Battalions to Jordan for the four-month training
course, which included skills in anti-riot and counter-insurgency.
