PAKISTAN LEANS TO ENDING NUKE TESTS

TOKYO [MENL] -- Pakistan is signalling that it does not plan to conduct anymore nuclear tests. A leading Pakistani nuclear scientist, Abdul Qadeer Khan, said hiscountry no longer needs any more nuclear tests for its program. He saidIslamabad has already achieved what he termed a credible nuclear deterrentagainst India.
