TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military is warning of an flareup on thenorthern border. Military commanders said the Hizbullah militia is preparing to eitherresume attacks against Israel or foment unrest that will spark massiveviolence. The commanders said the Lebanese army and the United Nations willnot stop the Hizbullah.
