AN UNPREPARED U.S. EXPECTS BIO-CHEM ATTACK

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Clinton administration is warning of a biologicalor chemical weapons attack over the next few years as a leading expert saysthe nation is totally unprepared for such a threat. Administration officials are touring the United States and explainingthe nonconventional weapons threat posed by so-called rogue states andterrorist groups. They said chemical weapons are easy to assemble and couldalready be in the possession of the Qaida group led by Saudi billionairefugitive Osama Bin Laden.
