JAPAN, N. KOREA CONTINUE TALKING

TOKYO [MENL] -- Japan and North Korea appear to be making headway in theircurrent effort to establish diplomatic relations. Negotiators from both countries continued meeting late Thursday past thefinal day of sessions. The talks are being held in Japan.
