WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The U.S. intelligence community faces difficulty inassessing the North Korean missile threat. U.S. officials said the difficulty is linked to the success in stoppingPyongyang from launching another test of its Taepo Dong-2 intercontinentalballistic missile. Last year, North Korea pledged to suspend the test in aneffort to improve bilateral relations with Washington.
