NO PROGRESS REPORTED IN ARAFAT, CLINTON SESSION

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- U.S. President Bill Clinton has met both Israeli andPalestinian leaders and officials said no progress was reported in theeffort to convene another peace summit. Clinton met Prime Minister Ehud Barak for 90 minutes in New York. TheU.S. president then met Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat for twohours.
