ISRAEL LOBBIES INDIA FOR ARMS SALES

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel has launched another effort to complete majorweapons deals with India. The effort includes an Israeli proposal to sell the Phalcon airborneearly-warning system to New Dehli. Both countries are said to be ready tosign a Phalcon agreement.
