PA CRACKS DOWN ON DEBTORS

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The Palestinian Authority has launched a crackdown ondebtors. The crackdown includes plans to arrest Palestinians who owe money forutilities such as electricity and water. PA officials said these utilitiesare owed millions of dollars in unpaid bills.
