IRAN PREPARES TO SHATTER AIR BAN ON BAGHDAD

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran is preparing to shatter the United Nations ban onflights to Iraq as Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi is scheduled toarrive in Baghdad later this week. Iranian officials said Kharazi will arrive in Baghdad on Thursday. Itwill be the first visit by an Iranian foreign minister to Iraq in more than20 years.
