ISRAEL, PA AGREE TO SECRET SECURITY PROVISIONS

CAIRO [MENL] -- U.S. President Bill Clinton has succeeded in ramming througha ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority thatincludes secret security provisions monitored by Washington. The agreement achieved at the summit in the Sinai resort of Sharme-Sheik includes a secret security deal by the CIA. U.S. officials said theagreement was facilitated by Clinton and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarakand is more specific than the failed Paris summit earlier this month.
