SAUDI WON'T OPEN ECONOMY TO MEET WTO STANDARDS

LONDON [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has refused to meet Western demands to openits economy. The result is that the Saudis are not expected to join the World TradeOrganization for at least the next two years.
