WASHINGTON [MENL] -- China's military stands to be the leading beneficiaryof a new Clinton administration that eases the export of U.S.supercomputers. At least 50 Chinese arms contractors can now buy the advanced U.S.computers that can help design intercontinental ballistic missiles and testnuclear warheads.
