CAIRO [MENL] -- Loyalists of President Hosni Mubarak appear to be winningthe first round of parliamentary elections in Egypt. At least 19 NDP candidates won enough votes to enter parliament invoting turnout that exceeded50 percent. Most of the races will be decided in a second round of voting onTuesday.
