ADEN WAS BEST OF DANGEROUS PORTS FOR U.S. NAVY

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has concluded that none of the portsin the Persian Gulf region is safe for its naval ships. U.S. military leaders said a review of Middle East ports turned upterrorist threats. But U.S. naval ships required refueling facilities andthe Yemeni port of Aden was chosen.
