ISRAEL BRACES FOR THIRD DOLPHIN SUB

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel is expecting the imminent arrival of the third andlast Dolphin-class submarine from Germany. The INS Tekuma was to arrive at Haifa port on Tuesday afternoon andcomplete the new fleet ofdiesel submarines that will significantly increase the range and power ofIsrael's small navy. The submarines were built by the German firmsHowaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft AG, Kiel, and Thyssen Nordseewerke in Emden.
