BRITISH TRY TO RECONCILE KURDS

LONDON [MENL] -- Britain is trying to reconcile Kurdish groups in Iraq aspart of efforts to overthrow President Saddam Hussein. Kurdish Democratic Party leader Masoud Barzani is being hosted by theForeign Office in London. He has met Foreign Office Minister Peter Hain andthe two men discussed the situation in northern Iraq, where the Kurdsmaintain self-rule.
