IRAQ PLANS TO LAUNCH INTERNAL FLIGHTS

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iraq plans to challenge Allied no-fly zones next week andlaunch domestic flights throughout the country. Iraqi officials said the flights will be launched on Sunday from Baghdadto both northern and southern Iraq. The destinations will have Iraqipassenger jets fly through no-fly zones imposed by the United States andBritain.
