U.S. WARNS OF ATTACKS IN EGYPT

CAIRO [MENL] -- The United States has acknowledged that Americans facedanger in Egypt. U.S. officials said the State Department has received reports thatAmericans and U.S. installations could be targets of Islamic terrorists.They said the alert stemmed from rising anti-Israeli and anti-Americansentiment in the Middle East since the outbreak of the Israeli-Palestinianmini-war last month.
