CENTER WARNS OF SOARING OIL PRICES

LONDON [MENL] -- A prominent energy center is warning of soaring oil pricesby the end of the year. The London-based Center for Global Energy Studies said the world oilmarket would soon be struck by a shortage in supply. The shortage would notbe dissipated by the resumption of Iraqi oil exports.
