BRITISH PM ADDRESSES TROOPS IN OMAN

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair arrives in Oman toaddress thousands of troops deployed in the Swift Sword-2 exercise in theGulf region. Blair will tour a British training base on Thursday and review hisnation's air, naval and ground presence. The visit will last at least twodays, officials said.
