EGYPT HOLDS DIALOGUE ON CHEMICAL WEAPONS

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt has launched a dialogue with the internationalcommunity over Cairo's refusal to ban chemical weapons. The dialogue began on Tuesday when a delegation from the organizationthatbans chemical weapons arrived for a two day visit to Cairo. Egypt is not amember of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
