EGYPT WARNS ISRAEL AGAINST ATTACKING SYRIA

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt has warned Israel against any attack on Syria. Egyptian officials have warned the Jewish state that Cairo will notstand by idly should Syria be attacked. The officials also warned Israelagainst attacking the Palestinian Authority.
