EGYPT OBTAINS NAVAL SYSTEMS FROM U.S.

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Egypt plans to obtain $2 million worth of navalsubsystems from the United States. The Egyptian navy has ordered guidance and control systems from a U.S.firm in a contract that will last until the end of 2004. The project isbeing overseen by the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
