Armaco, Total Sign Accord

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia's Armaco and France's Total have signed a
cooperation accord.
Saudi Aramco and Total signed an accord to establish their joint
venture, the Jubail Refining and Petrochemical Co. The accord, signed on
June 22, was meant to construct an oil refinery in Jubail with a capacity to
process 400,000 barrels per day.
