EGYPT'S BRIGHT STAR EXPECTED TO BE LOW-KEY

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt's Bright Star military exercise is expected to be alow-key affair. Western defense sources said 10 countries are participating in theground, air and naval maneuvers, scheduled to begin on Tuesday. But some ofthe countries have reduced the number of troops amid escalating tension inthe Middle East.
