UN DETAILS IRAQI OIL SMUGGLING

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- For the first time, the United Nations has detailedIraqi violations of its oil-for-food program. A UN report detailed the smuggling of about $10 million worth of oilearlier this year from the southern Iraqi port of Mina Al Bakr. The reportincludes 19 pages of documents from UN inspectors.
